Help strengthen the lives of recent refugees and immigrants and help build them into citizens who are independent and active in their communities. We invite you to attend AccessCal’s 2015 “Preserving Dignity, Enriching Lives” gala, which will be held at the Hilton Anaheim on Saturday, February 7, 2015.

Each year, thousands of refugees and immigrants resettle in the United States to escape conflict, natural disasters, and/or persecution with the hope of seeking safety, freedom, and the American Dream.  Refugees cannot return to their country of origin because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, and nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinion; therefore, many come to the United States with nothing but their dignity and the hope to build a better future for their families.

By attending or sponsoring the AccessCal 2015 gala, you are helping many individuals and families maintain their dignity and rebuild their lives by providing them with the support they need to become self-reliant, healthy, and contributing citizens.

Thousands of guests, local and national corporate sponsors, foundations, government entities, public officials, and celebrities attend the gala to support the cause of successful resettlement; celebrate the accomplishments of recent refugees and immigrants; and recognize the individuals who make a difference in the communities we serve.
