Sangita Yoga - Sacred Chants of India

Join The Guibord Center on Saturday, April 25 as we explore Sacred Chants of India with Naren K. Schreiner and Sangita Yoga.

Naren K. Schreiner founded Sangita Yoga in 2012 after many years of studying and experiencing India's sacred music, and the direct effect that music has on the mind and emotions. Sacred music also has a profound influence on meditation.

Over the years Naren began to understand the true meaning of sacred music and how it enhances yoga practice.

Sangita Yoga is not its own path or a new teaching, nor is it a 'brand' or style of yoga. Its goal is to introduce this living tradition to all to support and preserve its authentic roots, various branches, and newest blossoms.
