Hatefas "Hati" Yop is from Santa Ana, CA. Born to Cham Muslim refugee parents that escaped Cambodia’s killing fields.Hati writes poems mostly about lost loved ones, inter generational trauma, and the beautiful struggle to be steadfast in faith.
